Website & Repair Terms
These terms explain how online repair requests work. They do not remove statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Repair requests, diagnosis and estimates
Submitting a booking is a request for service, not confirmation that a particular part, price or completion time has been agreed. The final repair route can depend on the exact model, physical condition, previous repairs, diagnosis and parts availability. Where additional chargeable work is identified, approval should be obtained before it proceeds.
Customer data and backups
Back up important data where possible before repair. Hardware and software faults can already put data at risk, and no repairer can guarantee that data will remain accessible in every failure scenario. If data recovery is your priority, tell us before unrelated repair work begins.
Parts and compatibility
Part specifications and availability vary by model. The relevant repair option and any material differences in the supplied part should be explained before chargeable work is authorised.
Collection and return
Eligible addresses can request the configured pickup-and-return service. Collection covers transport and does not itself guarantee repairability, price or completion time. Keep the device packaged and ready for safe transport and remove unrelated accessories unless they are relevant to the fault.
Completed and uncollected devices
Where a repaired or assessed device is ready, reasonable attempts may be made to contact the customer using the details provided. Any storage, disposal or recovery action for long-uncollected devices must be handled in accordance with applicable law and any terms separately given to the customer.
Consumer rights
Nothing on this website is intended to limit rights or remedies that apply under UK consumer law.
