Fix My Device offers a convenient pickup-and-return option for eligible Bristol customers.

Price and radius

The service fee is £20 for pickup and return within five miles of the configured service point. The website checks distance during booking. If the address is outside the radius, choose an in-store repair request.

What happens after collection

Collection does not mean the fault has already been diagnosed. We record the reported symptoms, inspect the device and contact you where the repair route, price or additional work needs approval.

Preparing your device

Back up important data where possible, remove unnecessary accessories and SIM or memory cards unless they are relevant to the fault, and tell us about liquid exposure or previous repair work.
